On arrival you will be greeted by the owners friendly little dog who is always keen for a pat. This lovely open plan retreat is at the bottom of the owners home, with its owner separate entrance, allowing great privacy. The Butlers Lane Retreat captures the essence of what Oakura Village offers the quaint mix of chilled out surf vibes and retro appeal. Spacious open plan layout consisting of a lounge which opens on to a deck where you can enjoy watching the abundance of bird life. A kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable queen bed. A king single and a single bed and a sofa bed couch in the lounge area for an additional guest.

Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
